Shipping Information

All orders within Australia will incur a flat rate of $9.95 postage. Any order over $100 will have free shipping. All orders are sent with tracking, which can be found on the email with your order confirmation.

To qualify for free shipping, your total order amount must be over $100 after all discounts and coupons have been applied. 

We also offer free local pick up where you can collect your items instore at no cost between the hours of 10am-4pm. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready for in store collection. * See Note

Our shop front is closed on Sundays so any orders placed over the weekend will be sent the following business day. 

We us Australia Post as our delivery service. Please allow extra time for delivery due to public holidays particularly around Easter and Christmas. We are not responsible for events such as extreme weather that may hold up your delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage if the wrong size has been selected. Please see our full terms and conditions for refund/replacement processes.

Please note is is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address has been entered. We are not liable for any parcels that are sent to the wrong address due to this error. 


Please note, Australia Post have advised us to let all customers know they are experiencing extreme postal delays and your items may take longer to get to you than expected. Whilst we pack and ship our orders within 1-2 business days, there may be delays in the network that are out of our control. 


* This service is for Tasmanian residents only or those who have friends/family who are able to pick the item up in store. If this option is selected at checkout and you are needing your item to be posted an invoice will be sent and payment will need to be made before your order is sent.
