Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders within Australia will incur a flat rate of $9.95 postage. Any order over $150 will have free shipping. All orders are sent with tracking, which can be found on the email with your order confirmation.

To qualify for free shipping, your total order amount must be over $150 after all discounts and coupons have been applied. 

Express Shipping

*We are now offering express shipping to our customers. Please note that we charge a flat rate of $15.95 Aus wide. Please note that 'Express' means the shipping time and not the order processing time. Normal dispatch times still apply. If you place an order and decide later that you would like express, an invoice will be sent requiring payment before shipping. 

We also offer free local delivery to Launceston and George Town every Friday and Saturday. Order cut off is 4pm Fridays for delivery on Saturdays.
*please note if no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be placed in a safe place. 

We us Australia Post as our delivery service. Please allow extra time for delivery due to public holidays particularly around Easter and Christmas. We are not responsible for events such as extreme weather that may hold up your delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage if the wrong size has been selected. Please see our full terms and conditions for refund/replacement processes.

Please note is is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address has been entered. We are not liable for any parcels that are sent to the wrong address due to this error. 

Please note, Australia Post have advised us to let all customers know they are experiencing extreme postal delays and your items may take longer to get to you than expected. Whilst we pack and ship our orders within 2-5 business days, there may be delays in the network that are out of our control.
